Nikki Allen
Board Member,
Second Round Foundation
Nikki Allen has built her career at the intersection of passion and purpose. Growing up with a love for sports, she dreamed of being the next Mia Hamm but quickly realized her talents lay off the field. That realization sparked a journey into the world of sports marketing, where she’s spent over a decade helping brands build authentic connections with fans.
As the head of client services at For Soccer, a soccer-focused marketing agency, Nikki combines her love of the game with her expertise in brand marketing, strategic partnerships, and fan engagement. She’s worked with some of the most iconic names in the industry, including the Premier League, U.S. Soccer, the National Women’s Soccer League, Liverpool FC, Chelsea FC, and global brands like Volkswagen, BODYARMOR, and Chevron. Her work focuses on driving meaningful connections between these brands and soccer fans in the U.S., ensuring business goals are met with authenticity and impact.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Nikki is deeply committed to making a difference in her community. She co-chairs a local chapter of The Birthday Party Project, a non-profit that brings joy to children experiencing homelessness by organizing monthly birthday celebrations. She’s also an active member of WISE: Women in Sports & Events, where she mentors and supports other women in the industry.
A proud graduate of the University of Illinois, Nikki holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising. When she’s not strategizing for clients or giving back to her community, you can find her baking treats, cheering at Wrigley Field (with a hot dog in hand—ketchup included!), or sneaking away to enjoy the opening round of March Madness.
Nikki’s work with the Second Round Foundation reflects her belief in the transformative power of joy and opportunity. Her dedication to connecting with people—whether through sports or community service—embodies the spirit of the Foundation’s mission.
