We are beyond proud of Jalen for making his debut at the 2024 All-Star Weekend in Indiana! With high praise from fans, teammates, current & former players, media personalities, and members of the entire basketball community, Jalen joined a class comprised of 24 elite NBA players for a fun-filled weekend. Jalen’s first-ever selection as an NBA All-Star marks another milestone moment in his career.
It all began with a special announcement after a down-to-the-wire win over the Indiana Pacers (host team of 2024 ASW). With emotions running high, fans erupted with cheers during Jalen’s on-court post-game interview with Alan Hahn as they talked about Jalen being named All-Star.
The New York Knicks also paid tribute to his selection with a heartfelt video featuring commentary from his family – Rick, Sandra, Erica, and wife Ali. It was a great reminder of the unwavering support that has fueled Jalen’s journey to stardom.
Jalen’s All-Star Weekend started with an appearance on “Inside the NBA on TNT” with Ernie Johnson, Shaquille O’Neal, Charles Barkley, and Kenny Smith to talk about Jalen’s rise in the league. The rest of the weekend consisted of Jalen participating in media Saturday night’s 3-point Contest followed by Sunday night’s All-Star Game.
